This project was a 10-week endeavor undertaken by my team and myself. Serving dual roles as both the Project Manager and Scrum Master, I was responsible for steering the team towards timely and effective completion. This project involved the construction of a digital system for a bookstore, focusing on simplicity. The primary objective was to address inefficiencies stemming from manual and paper-dependent processes. The store had faced challenges like inaccurate inventory tracking, cumbersome sales record management, and slow customer order processing. The automation of these processes led to a substantial reduction in errors and delays, thereby improving the overall performance and productivity of the bookstore.

Here are some visuals to give you an insight into the system's interface. On the top left, you'll find an image of the login page, designed for secure user access. Adjacent to that, on the top right, is the dashboard, which serves as the central hub for navigation. From here, users can easily access various modules like the catalog, customer management, manufacturers, and more. The bottom left corner showcases the bookstore's catalog interface, where you can seamlessly add or remove books from the inventory. Finally, in the bottom right, there's a dynamic sales chart, which adjusts in real-time based on the volume of book sales.
